BLUE KANGAROO JEWELRY: WEARABLE ART

We at Blue Kangaroo Jewelry have selected specific boutiques across the US to whom we would like to showcase our jewelry. Our unique, sophisticated, funky and fun bottle cap bracelets are handmade by the artist in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Elizabeth Kyle made her first bracelet with photos of her Arabian horse, Chaco, and her donkeys, Elena and Dandelion. And needless to say, the rest is history!

Sterling silver chains and toggle clasps are just the beginning of this charismatic jewelry. Each piece is a kaleidoscope of thoughtfully collected materials that are found in flea markets and antique stores: vintage lucite beads, Swarovski crystals, lamp work and caned glass beads, sterling and lead-free pewter charms adorn the bracelets giving them their individual spirit. Taking a fresh approach, the artist transforms the unconventional. Images are sealed within resin on both sides of the colorful bottle caps. Recycling and reinterpreting found objects is a source of inspiration for Elizabeth Kyle. Her use of color and elements makes these one-of-a-kind bracelets truly wearable art.
